Service

Pulled Up is a directory for food trucks, pop-ups, caterers, mobile bartenders, dessert and sweets operators, market operators, home cooks, youth-led services, festivals, and related food operators.

Accounts

Some features require an account. Operator portal access is granted after a verified claim, invite, signup, subscription, or admin-managed ownership assignment. Admin access is limited to authorized users.

Listings And Claims

Public-source operator records may be claimable after admin review. Homegrown or non-public source operators are not claimable from the public map and should create their own listing through the operator onboarding path. Pulled Up may approve, reject, or request more information for any claim.

Operator Responsibilities

Operators are responsible for keeping profile details, schedules, locations, menus, booking links, pricing, contact methods, and festival participation accurate. Users should verify availability directly with operators before booking or visiting.

Public Sources And Evidence

Pulled Up may display approved public evidence and source notes attached to operators, leads, or festivals. Private group scraping is not permitted in the Pulled Up workflow. Evidence and lead promotion are subject to admin review, provenance, and opt-out handling.

User Content

Reviews, ratings, claim notes, and vendor-submitted content must be accurate, lawful, and respectful. Pulled Up may remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts that abuse the service or submit fraudulent information.
