Information We Collect

Pulled Up collects account information, vendor profile details, claim details, reviews, saves, contact/action links, festival participation details, and usage data needed to run the vendor directory.

Vendor And Claim Data

Published vendor listings may include public business information such as name, category, cuisine, location, phone, website, menu/order links, booking links, source URLs, ratings, and public provenance notes. Claim requests collect role, phone-auth identity, public proof URLs or notes, and admin verification notes.

Public Sources

Pulled Up may use approved public business sources and vendor-owned public pages to discover leads, verify listings, and support admin review. Pulled Up does not scrape private Facebook or Instagram groups, and public-source provenance and opt-out handling are part of the review workflow.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate the map, manage user and vendor accounts, review claims, support vendor portals, moderate reviews and evidence, manage festivals and stalls, improve search/filter quality, prevent abuse, and keep the directory accurate.

Service Providers

Pulled Up uses third-party providers for hosting, database storage, authentication, maps, payments, analytics, and email or messaging where configured. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their services.

Your Choices

Users may request account deletion, correction of inaccurate personal information, review of claim data, or opt-out/removal review for eligible vendor records by contacting support.
